PAYMENTS
What is your policy on payments?
Payments are usually requested through invoices, which have a 7-day period to be paid.
Do you require a downpayment on a project?
After we’ve had ample time to discuss your project and agreed on the scope of work, I require a 30-50% downpayment to begin working on them.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made by PayPal, Wire Transfer, Cash or online through my website (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
Can I request a refund in case my project was cancelled after paying a downpayment?
In the event that I have not done any work yet on your project and you cancel your project within 48 hours of your downpayment, you may receive a full refund of the downpayment (minus a 5% transfer fee).
Why are your prices in the higher range?
If you’re searching for someone to just do as you say and move along, then I’m not the person for the job. But if you’re looking for someone to advise you on what to do and to tell you to stop doing something that is hurting your business, then that’s where you come to me.
Do you have a standard rate sheet of your prices that you could send me?
Sorry… But there isn’t a fixed price on creativity. Creative work always entails researching, brainstorming and testing. The wider your business’s industry and the more competitors you have, the more challenging the task becomes for me.
SCOPE OF WORK
How many revisions do you allow per project?
I usually give clients 2 FREE rounds of revisions per deliverable. Extra rounds of revisions may be available but will be charged.
Do you do website design or mobile App design?
Yes, I do both! Those fall under the UI/UX Design in my site. (UI stands for User Interface while UX for User Experience.)
Do you develop websites too?
Sorry, my knowledge in web development is very basic. What I can do is find you a Squarespace template, customize it to fit your brand, then teach you how to update it on your own! My own website is one example.
How come you have so many skills?
Well, I’ve always had an itching curiosity to learn how things work and the thought process behind them. Design, art and marketing are more interconnected than you might think. Learning one is good but learning all three is hitting the jackpot. After all, the greatest painters of the renaissance era were also Engineers, Mathematicians, Scientists, and Philosophers.
Can you design a magazine, newspaper or book?
Sorry… I haven’t worked in print since college in 2011! So my knowledge here is very limited but if you need me to design the cover alone then yes that’s something I'm happy to do!
